I'm having a look at Swirrl today.
I read about the application over on the Nodalities blog.

According to the Swirrl blog, Swirrl is a web application that allows your team to store, share, edit and analyze information.

Like a wiki, but better.
It combines the flexibility of spreadsheets and the power of databases with the collaboration features of a wiki. In addition to the normal wiki features, you can also share and manipulate structured data as a team....

Must look at this some more.
Looks like Swirrl could possibly be a competitive intelligence tool worth checking out.

They do a free version which is always neat to try out.
